메뉴 Lists > Chart of Accounts를 연다.
Ctrl + N을 클릭하면 새 어카운트를 만드는 창이 열린다.
Type: Credit Card, > Continue> 카드 이름을 적고 Save & New를 클릭하여 계속 4개의 카드를 등록한다.

​Pay Water Bill to LADWP (type: Vendor)

Make P.O. (Purchase Order)
Make new Item to purchase: 메뉴Lists > Item > Ctrl+N

​메뉴 Vendors > Create Purchase Order

​Receive 200 Computers
Vendors > Enter Bills
Super Computer 이름을 고르면 , 옆에 이미 보낸 PO가 있다는 창이 뜸. Yes
Yes를 클릭한다음,  해당 PO에 클릭하고 OK
자동으로 Bill의 내용이 채워진다.
가격, 수량을 체크하고 Save & Close.

컴퓨터 판매
메뉴 Customers > Create Invoices
Name, item, quantity를 채우면 Sales Tax를 자동으로 계산하여준다.

​Credit Card Statement 갚기
Banking > Write Checks
Pay to the order of: AMEX
Account도 AMEX를 고른다.
사용한 카드의 입력은 각각 카드를 따로하지만 , 총 Statement 지불은 메인 카드 하나에 다 지불한다.
